Our Story
After years of experience within the travel baseball landscape, it became clear that the model had shifted away from what truly matters.
Costs continued to rise.
Development became inconsistent.
And too often, players were treated as numbers rather than individuals.
Families were investing more than ever, yet receiving less in return.
Mid Atlantic Rage was created to change that.
Why Rage
Mid Atlantic Rage is built on a simple belief:

We are a player-first program focused on real development, meaningful exposure, and long-term opportunity. Our goal is not to simply field teams, it’s to build an environment where athletes are trained with purpose, challenged consistently, and prepared for the next level.
Every aspect of our program is intentional. From how we train, to where we compete, to how we guide players through recruiting, everything is designed to help our athletes grow and succeed.
Our Team Structure
We offer three distinct team pathways, all built under the same philosophy, standards, and development system:
National / Regional Teams (14U & 15U)
Our top-level teams are built for players who are ready to compete at a high level and pursue meaningful exposure. These teams bring together athletes from across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast to form a true regional roster.
Players compete in high-level tournaments and showcase environments, facing strong competition while receiving structured development and recruiting guidance. This is a competitive, high-expectation environment designed for serious players looking to separate themselves.
15U Local Development Team
Our development team is for players who are looking to grow within the same system and work toward reaching the national/regional level.
This is not a watered-down team. It is a competitive environment with the same coaching philosophy, development structure, and accountability. Players are given a clear path to progress, improve, and earn opportunities at higher levels within the program.
