Mid Atlantic Rage is always looking for talented, driven players who want to compete, develop, and become part of what we are building.
Our organization features talented players from across the Mid Atlantic, Northeast, and beyond, bringing together athletes who share one goal: compete at a high level and continue getting better.

WHY MID ATLANTIC RAGE?
National Level Competition & Tournament Schedules
We believe players develop by training hard and competing against great competition.
Rage teams play aggressive tournament schedules designed to challenge our players and provide opportunities for exposure. Our schedules include events with major tournament and showcase organizations, along with opportunities to travel and compete against talented programs from throughout the country.
Our goal isn’t to collect trophies against easy competition.
We want our players challenged. We want them uncomfortable. We want them developing.
Players From Across the Region
Rage isn’t limited to players from one town, county, or state.
Our organization brings together players from Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, West Virginia, the greater Northeast and beyond.
For players who live farther away, we work to create opportunities that allow talented athletes to become part of the Rage family without geography automatically eliminating the possibility.

Rage is being built to be more than a team that meets at the field on Friday and disappears after Sunday’s final out.
We want to create an environment where players train together, compete together, travel together, support one another, and build relationships that extend beyond baseball.

EXPOSURE WITH A PURPOSE
As players get older, development and exposure have to work together.
Our goal is to help players build their baseball résumé through competitive schedules, measurable development, video, player profiles, showcase opportunities, recruiting guidance, and relationships throughout baseball.
We want our athletes prepared when opportunities arrive.

We aren’t interested in simply putting as many players as possible into uniforms.
We want players who fit our culture, compete, work, and want to develop.
Playing time and opportunities are earned through performance, preparation, attitude, attendance, effort, and what players demonstrate on and off the field.
